She is acting so crazy because she is mixing ROCK STAR drink with all that rum. That is the devil shit, and people ACT nuts when they have that. Same as with mixing Vodka and Red Bull. This is why she took all those pills because that is a straight up whack drink.
As a basic EMT, I would transport Laney when I learned she was an alchoholic and had been drinking. That could give those “frozen” EMTs reason to help her. The patient does have the right to fill out a refusal form though. If you transport them against their will, that is called kidnapping. If you touch them, you can get sued for battery.
not true i have that drink all the time and i act normal.. i think shes just mentally ill cos even after she was sober in the hospital she was saying people put the trazadone in her drink

This is BS. She is fucking OD’ing on pills and alcohol and just because she is saying not to touch her, they are not allowed to help her?
From this situation, I can gather that the bitch is suicidal, so how is it that paramedics arent allowed to help a suiciadal person? Doesnt make any fucking sense.
What can be done by the nurses to facilitate alcohol withdrawal? Some kind of medicine or what?
Blame the legal system where people that wanted to commit suicide, or were hurt by people helping them.
If you refuse medical aid, they cannot do anything. Or they are legally boned. Would you help someone if it meant they could/would come back and take everything you had?
By law, they can’t touch her if she refuses. Once she passes out, they do everything they can to save her. It sucks, but that’s how it is.

if its major and you wanna walk it off but HAVE to go to the hospital than that would suck
You can’t compare a sprained ankle to somebody over dosing intentionally and trying to kill themselves.
