He steals to buy drugs in the city every morning and injects heroin up to 10 times a day. His girlfriend of many years has stood by him and takes care of him by offering her home on some cold nights. She has pushed him to go to treatment but this time the heroin addiction is just too strong. Trent doesn’t believe it will do any good this time. Trent still loves his girlfriend and wants to be with her and is extremely frustrated that his addiction has taken this much toll on his life. He wants to get help very badly, but the addiction runs his life now.
